Levy Impact Calculator

The Iowa Association of School Boards has created an Excel application that allows you to determine the cost to either a homeowner, commercial property owner, or agricultural property owner should a bond referendum be considered. Choose the applicable property type, exemptions, and assessed value of your property to determine the increase in property taxes.
